It forces your body to eat more than the required calories and ultimately you start gaining weight. Your Dinner time meal should be the least in carbohydrates.
Physical activity:
Being physically active makes you to lose weight faster. Remember, your physical activity should always be before taking meals. Physical activity should be of two types. Exercise and walking should be done on regular basis for 30-40 mints.
Stay Hydrated:
Drinking atleast 6-8 glasses of water helps in weight loss. you might reach a weight, If you don’t drink an adequate amount of water, plateau which means that your weight can be stuck at some point.
Portion Control:
You should do a balance diet. You shouldn’t be having very large plates of meal. Control your portion of food by cutting down your carbs requirement and adding more proteins to your meals.
