The human body is such a work of nature that man cannot understand even if he wants to, man has been working hard for many decades to understand the subtlety and subtlety with which Allah has made this system.  Every organ in the human body is functional and complex.  Each organ has several functions as if each part of this machine has its own importance.  The importance of which cannot be denied in any way.  It works to clean the blood in our body, it works continuously, that’s why people who consume more alcoholic drinks have liver damage.  And the blood in the body stops forming, the color turns dark and it becomes difficult to avoid them.  It produces the two most important components bile and glucose, which are very necessary for the body.

Similarly, if such market foods or poultry foods are consumed in excess, the liver function slows down and does not work properly.  But while Allah created such an important machine, He also created foods to keep it active which makes its functions faster and free from pollution.  And they play an important role in cleaning it.  What are those foods, here we will learn about them?

Turmeric for liver health:

Everyone knows about turmeric that it is the most useful spice that adorns our Indian cuisine, it contains the best type of antioxidants that perform the liver repairing function, it is antibacterial.  And full of anti-fungal properties, it also enables dead liver cells to function again.

Garlic:

Allah has also created a natural healing feature in garlic, it contains large amount of mineral called Anderselenium.  It also does a good job of cleaning the liver.  The enzymes present in it remove waste materials from the body

Citrus Fruit:

As many bitter fruits as there are, Allah has placed in them the natural ability to purify the blood.  These fruits produce detoxifying enzymes in the liver that clean the wastes from the blood.
