What is banana diet?

Everybody wants to look smart and fit but sadly in this busy world we sometimes don’t get enough time to workout at home or go to the gym. Diets, Healthy or unhealthy, play an important role in losing weight faster than doing a workout for several months. One of the best diets, that I also did, is the banana diet. It’s a fad diet and makes you lose kgs in days. What is a banana diet? Banana diet is basically a fast weight loss diet. It makes you lose 4-5 kgs in just a week. It makes you feel full the whole day.

BREAKFAST:

2 bananas +1 cup skimmed milk

LUNCH:

2 bananas +1 cup skimmed milk

DINNER:

2 bananas +1 cup skimmed milk

As everybody knows, bananas make you fat, so did I. I was also worried about gaining weight instead of losing weight. Many misconceptions were building in my mind. At last, I decided to try. I did a 5 day diet and got mind blowing results. I lost almost 3.5 kgs. It was totally surprising. I was impressed. Now, whoever asks about weight loss, the banana diet is my first suggestion and always will be.
