1- Use of vegetables

Pregnant women should consume more fruits because they provide energy as well as minerals and vitamins, they protect you from constipation. It also keeps our digestive system healthy. Therefore, consumption of fruits in the day should be mandatory. .

2- Use of curd and milk

The first four months are very important for the development of the child, so the use of milk and curd should be mandatory in the form of calcium.

3- Use of fish

According to a study, women who consume fish during pregnancy, their children are intelligent and healthy. So pregnant women should consume fish as it is very beneficial for the development of the baby and eye health.

4- Coconut

If pregnant women use crushed coconut, their baby will be born beautiful, besides, coconut also keeps the immune system active.

5- Egg

Eggs are rich in protein and very useful for pregnant women. Use of egg white gives beauty to the baby.
