Be it any important occasion, festival, Eid, Bakraid, Muharram, Ramadan, lemon, tomato, garlic and ginger become expensive on every occasion.  In the previous food, we have told you several tips to store tomatoes for the whole year.  Now we are going to tell you some tips on how to preserve lemons for a whole year or 6 to 8 months and take advantage of the cross.

 During the rainy season, lemons are full on the trees, so the prices in the market also decrease, so when the prices are cheap, buy them, store them and then enjoy them throughout the year.

  1. Golden Lemons Syrup:

Whenever golden lemons are cheap, buy lots and juice them in an airtight jar.  Add as much sugar as there is lemon juice, and seal the jar.  Give it a little shake.  Now shake the jar like this for two or three days and keep it.  In two to three days, the sugar will completely dissolve and you can easily use it as lemon syrup.  You can use it all summer long.

  1. Lemon Pickle:

If you have enough whole golden  lemons, one way to preserve them is to cut the lemons into 4 pieces lengthwise.  Cut it into pieces and keep it in an airtight jar. Now add plenty of salt and shake it well.  Up Down Right Left.  And now keep it like this for some days.  This will also dissolve the lemon and make it very tasty.  You can eat it comfortably with your dal, vegetables, neither oil nor any other spices in it.  And your delicious lemon pickle is ready.  And it doesn’t last long either.  And it is very beneficial and will last comfortably for 6 to 8 months.

  1. Protect with brown paper:

If you have brown or khaki paper envelopes, wash the lemons and dry them completely with a cloth and then wrap them in brown envelopes or paper and seal them in a box and keep them in the fridge.  Or wrap it in a paper towel and keep it in a box. The lemons will keep well for a month at rest.

  1. Coconut oil:

If you have brought enough lemons.  So wash them and dry them.  Now add coconut oil or real ghee to it and keep it in a jar, the coating of oil or ghee will prevent air from entering the lemons, which will prevent them from spoiling.  This way you can preserve lemons for about a month.
