Bride to Be Healthy Diet Plan and Workout Routine

Marriage is a miracle that is mandatory for every person to survive on this planet. It is the most Beautiful thing that happens in every person’s Life. But on the Other hand, the situation can be opposite too. Well, That’s all an after-marriage story but there are many things that we need to focus on, before getting married and every bride make sure to look the most beautiful ones. This is what I am talking about right now.
Bride to Be Healthy Diet Plan
This Diet plan is basically a 6-month plan for every bride that not just focuses on loosing weight but it focuses more on having a good skin and a good inner body health. A good Skin will basically make you glow on your big days and will keep your skin hydrating and glowing after marriage too. So, Are you Ready brides? Lets get straight into the Diet plan that I designed by myself.
Morning Routine:
Lets start with the morning first. What you need to do is to have a glass of cumin seed water before having breakfast. This will be your pre breakfast drink. After this, you’ll have to do a 30 minute full body workout that you can find easily on the internet. After completing your workout, you’ll have your breakfast which will include a fresh orange juice with one slice of bran bread and one egg in any form.
Lunch Routine:
Your Lunch will comprise of a small bowl of rice or a half chapatti without oil with chicken and a bowl of salad or you can alternate this with 2 chicken kababs and salad if you want to loose more weight. You’ll have a cup of green tea after an hour.
Dinner routine:
Before you get into your dinner, you’ll have another round of your workout but this time it will be of one hour. After this one hour workout you’ll have your Dinner but it will be as low calorie as you can have. You have many options to pick like having a grilled chicken piece, a fish or chicken kababs with salad and that’s it.
Other Tips and Tricks:
While going through all this routine, make sure to consume at least 8 to 10 glasses of water on daily basis. Furthermore, Make sure to have For example, only fruits or a hand full of nuts as well, during your snacking time or whenever you feel hungry. Moreover, make sure to have green tea before going to sleep. It’s better to replace your morning bed-tea with before sleep bed-tea but not the regular milk tea, it will only be green tea. Most importantly, You should start following this diet plan at least 4 months before your marriage.
