The Suns’ Devin Booker and the Mavericks’ Doncic are the two young stars on each side, and this series has gotten more contentious. However, it was the Slovenian guard who appeared to feed off that intensity to enhance his game, and he was the one who won. On his route to a dominant performance, the 23-year-old fired an impressive 11-for-26 from the field, including 2-for-8 from beyond the arc, and 9-for-14 from the free-throw line.
Who is the driving force in both teams?

Kidd said to the press, “I don’t know whether he was playing as if he was trying to do anything new.” [Case in point:] “I believe he likes the moment.” “You people have seen a little bit longer than I have up close. ” “I think he enjoys the moment.” He has no problem appearing in front of an audience. I believe that you guys have just called it the first time that we have won an elimination game. He won’t be able to get out of this circumstance for a very very long time.”

Doncic also had a historic night, as he became one of the quickest players in the history of the NBA to score 700 points in the playoffs.
Doncic reached the milestone in 22 games, which places him in the top five among players who accomplished the achievement in the shortest amount of time.
Only Wilt Chamberlain and Michael Jordan, both of whom are in the Hall of Fame, have accomplished this feat in less than 20 games. George Mikan did it in 23 games, Doncic is tied with Bob McAdoo for 22 games, and Doncic is the youngest player to do it.

Things are heating up in Philadelphia.
The Miami Heat won Game 6 of the Eastern Conference playoffs against the Philadelphia 76ers on Thursday, advancing them to the Eastern Conference Finals with a 99-90 victory. The final score of the best-of-seven series was 4-2 in favor of the Heat, with Jimmy Butler leading all scorers with 32 points and also grabbing eight rebounds.

Given that Butler was a member of the 76ers throughout the 2018–19 season, the triumph had extra significance for him. After the game, as Butler was making his way to the locker room, he could be heard saying, “Tobias Harris over me.” This was a reference to Philadelphia’s decision to trade Butler to the Heat in 2019 and choose to sign Harris to a huge contract instead of trading Butler. Butler was heard saying this as he made his way to the locker room.
After the game, he lauded the impact that being a part of the Heat organization has had on his overall performance.
“I believe the trust my teammates and my coaches place in me, it’s a lot,” Butler said. “I think that it’s a lot.” “They are really getting me pumped up out there, and all I do is play. I put in as much effort as I can to ensure that we come out on top… Simply put, they put all of their faith in me.”
After the Miami Heat defeated the Philadelphia 76ers in the series, Butler broke out in a grin.

The Eastern Conference Finals matchup between the Heat and the winner of the series between the Milwaukee Bucks and the Boston Celtics will now take place.
It marks the beginning of a summer for the Sixers that will be full with uncertainty, particularly over the possibility of extending James Harden’s deal.
Harden was acquired from the Brooklyn Nets early on in this season, but his performance with the Thunder has been inconsistent since the deal.
And with Thursday’s Game 6 serving as an elimination match, Harden struggled against the suffocating defense of the Heat, ending with only 11 points despite taking just two shots and not scoring any points in the second half.
Following the game, 76ers center Joel Embiid said that the James Harden that the club now has is not the same Harden who won the MVP award just a few short years ago.
Embiid encounter media
Embiid said to the media that everyone expected them to become the Houston James Harden after they acquired him. “But that is not the person he is now at all. His primary role is that of a playmaker. I believe that there were occasions when he could have been more forceful, just as I believe that all of us could have been more aggressive at times. Everyone on the team, whether it was Tyrese Maxey, Tobias Harris, or one of the players coming off the bench. ” ” And I’m not just talking about in a rude manner here. I’m referring to everything, both offensively and defensively, in its entirety here. When it came to defense, I didn’t believe we were a very good squad. They were successful in taking advantage of several of our defensive strategies and maneuvers ” And then, offensively, just basically everyone being on the same page, obviously, with just having roughly what, three or four months to all work together and try to figure it out. Maybe, there wasn’t much time, but I don’t believe we played our best basketball. It wasn’t a lot of time.”

Embiid was quite complimentary to Butler, who was his former teammate.
Embiid said that it was obvious that “he’s my man.” “That is my other brother. Oh, my, this is so difficult. But I cannot express how proud I am of him. Right now, he’s playing an insanely difficult level. He has changed into a different person recently. I’m proud of him for being able to achieve what he’s been able to do, including being at this level and carrying them ” Throughout the whole season, they have experienced both successes and failures. Even though they were short players and had health problems, they still managed to become the best team in the Eastern Conference. For being able to compete at such a high level despite these challenges, they should be given a great deal of praise. They have a fantastic roster, and the individual members are all admirable. Also, obviously, excellent coaching, as well as an outstanding front offensive, so a lot of credit goes to them.”
