We need to Stop some of Our Bad Habits

Habits are the continues behavior of a person. It is an addiction that is the worst. Are you having any kind of bad habit? Do you feel satisfied with it or want to change it? Well, you will only change the ones that are disturbing normal routine of your life. You need to figure out, what’s good and what’s bad for your health. People usually don’t realize the importance of these habits that ruin your life on a daily basis or we don’t even want to realize. We love to play with our body’s health.

Most Common Bad Habits

There is a list of bad habits that a person does every minute without knowing the effects. You should know what are they and how are they destroying you? For example:

It is the most common habit that almost 90% of people are prone to. This is basically a rich people’s job. It is usually taken early in the morning. In fact the first thing to have after waking up and not even leaving your bed. Tea contains a lot of caffeine and caffeine is very dangerous to your health. It is advised never to start your day with caffeine. Excessive caffeine causes stomach pain and dizziness the whole day.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. We can skip any meal but it should never be the breakfast. Breakfast gives you the energy of feeling active for the whole day. It increases your body’s metabolism and can prevents diseases. It also keeps you away from the evil eyes so many experts advise never to leave for work with empty stomach. Your breakfast plate should have variety of al, the nutrients but in a limited quantity. For example, it should have few carbs, a bit of calcium, proteins and many more in one plate.

Daily bath is a good habit but using shampoo is not. Shampoo is a chemical that should not be used again and again. It increases hair fall and in turn damages your hair. Use it for two to three times a week only.

Less Physical Activity:

No matter how busy your routine is, you should always have a time for any kind of physical activity for example walking. It keeps your body active and makes your immune system strong.

Heavy Dinners:

We should never have our dinners full of carbs. It decreases you metabolism and hence increases dizziness and excessive nausea.

The Bottom Line:

A habit that destroys your life, is the bad one so try to avoid it as much as possible. It might not feel unhealthy but the side effects will get prominent as your age number increases.
