I get talk

POOL INESCAPABLE:

Leading the Reds to victory was far from a long-term effort, but watching Liverpool’s best form came after an ill-fated draw and a justifiable defeat to Manchester United. It was a reminder that we needed the rest of the league. Was there any doubt that Klopp would ignite the club’s trophy hunting?

 BOURNEMOUTH CAN’T HANG UP:

Aston Villa’s win now looks very important No one expected much from the Man City, Arsenal, and Liverpool series, but the Cherries have done little to build a combined 16-0 scoreline against their top six opponents. .

ROBERTO FIRMINO BEGS THE QUESTION:

Jürgen Klopp preferred to go in a few other directions as center-forward last season – plus Firmino stands as the focus of takedowns on the Bournemouth pitch. Darwin Nunez is a stud and some Reds can act as a false nine, but unless the Reds need Firmino as part of a swap deal,  Klopp will keep the Brazilian at Anfield. It may be better to keep it.

 TACTICAL FOCUS

Liverpool’s star and vision system were too much for Scott Parker’s Bournemouth. What else do you want?
