Parkinson Disease: What is it? Causes and Treatments

Parkinson disease is a disorder of movement which affects the nervous system of the patient. It lowers the dopamine level as well which shows its symptoms in patient. Furthermore, There is no cause of this disease is known by the experts but they believe that toxins and environmental factors are the most major reasons of it.

EARLY SIGNS:

The symptoms of this disease develop with time at a slower rate. Similarly, it starts with stiffness in the body of the patient leading to tremor in one hand. Moreover, They increase with time and in some cases patient experiences ‘Dementia’ as well.

2. Tremor in voice or voice become soft

CAUSES:
This disease occurs when changes occur in brain as, it is a neurological disorder. Major causes of this disease are still unidentified, but scientist has some progress in it to identify triggering factors. It includes, For example:
1. decreased dopamine levels
2. Low norepinephrine levels
3. Autoimmune factors
4. Lewy bodies
5. Genetic factors
RISK FACTORS:
Many factors of environment play a role in increasing the risk of this disease.
It includes, For example:
1. Exposure to toxins
2. Age factor
3. Having brain injury in past
4. Drugs and medications
5. Gender of the patient

PREVENTIONS:
It is impossible to prevent this disease but some changes in lifestyle and habits can be helpful to lower the risk. For example:
1. By avoiding head traumas
2. By avoiding toxins
3. Including exercise in daily routine
4. Some dietary factors
This disease is a condition which remains with the patient till death. Moreover, This disease is strongly linked to traumatic brain injury in past.
