This essay is all about Eman Gusti, who is an outstanding pianist in Saudi Arabia. According to her, creating music and playing it on various instruments is an art form itself.

Introduction Eman Gusti:

Eman Gusti, now 25 years old is a native of Jeddah. Her education includes a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She likes to make connections between business and music, and she’s also interested in freelancing in the business world. Eman has learned to play Piano because her mother loves it so much and with the passage of time it has become her passion as well.

Her mother was very passionate about the piano. This motivated Eman and she struggled hard to bring her mother’s passion before the world. Moreover, her father’s support was also responsible for her own collaboration. Thus, her parents are the reason for her success story.

Childhood as a beginner pianist

When Eman was 6, she started taking piano lessons on her own. This love grew when her father gave her a piano. In 2017, Eman took part in the Saudi national day event. That was her first big break and a turning point in her life. She became popular and after this great success win, Eman went on to do more.

Factors matter in composing

Eman Gusti is a great composer. She makes up the tune herself. There are many important things to think about when writing a melody. Eman said that the environment and how she feels inside are the most important things to think about when writing a melody. The other things are a good atmosphere, appreciation from the people, and certain memories.

When it comes to music, how are Saudis?

Talents in the arts, like singing, modeling, music, and writing, are still in the process of growing in Saudia. Eman said that at first when people were invited to events like this, they didn’t pay as much attention because they didn’t know as much. But now that people have more information, things are getting better. It is evolving in a better way.

The piano is one of the hardest instruments to play, but Eman has learned to play it well through practice and passion. It’s like a dream come true to be a pianist in Saudi Arabia. At first, it was hard, but now after people’s support and government help, it’s getting more popular. Other than Piano Eman is interested in harp.

Eman is a member of the Earth Orchestra. It is the first Orchestra ever happened in music history with 197 musicians from all over the world. It is composed by George Fenton. They choose one musician from every country in the world. Eman was the Saudi Arabian Pianist who is chosen to be in this orchestra.

Performance in events:

Eman Gusti has performed at almost 150 different events till now. In 2019, she spoke for her country at the World Economic Forum in Switzerland. She has also been a representative in a number of embassies. She recently did a show in Germany. She also did shows for the Ministry of Energy, tourism, culture, the Riyadh season, the Jeddah season, and many other places.

Experiences:

Life is full of experiences and all of them help us learn. Eman Gusti gave her most impressive performance to date in Belgium. She felt pride for her nation after hearing positive feedback from abroad. Eman had a rough start with inexperienced people that how events were set up and what instruments were used, but now it’s doing well. Eman’s hobby includes hiking and skating. She also loves to write a diary.

Challenges:

Eman Gusti is a freelance musician. As a celebrity, she takes care of everything by herself. The hardest things she had to do before the event chose a dress and work on a melody with other musicians. She also needs to prepare for reporters, journalists, and media interviews

Previously Eman has to face issues in a male dominating society. However, she now feels very happy, safe, and secure with the transformation that happens in KSA. It’s already getting better and better in music.

Being a pianist is not at all stable. Since this art isn’t common yet. Eman wants to start her own company where people can work together to make music.
