Back pain-Some advice for dealing with back discomfort

Whether back pain is caused by the gym and exercise or by sitting in the wrong position, back pain is in any case an annoying and debilitating pain that not only interferes with our professional work.  Rather, it causes difficulty in our daily life.

Everyone suffers from back pain at some point in their life. According to the National Institute of Health, about 80 percent of adults suffer from back pain at some point in their life, but how to get rid of this pain?  Here are some home remedies.

Home remedies for back pain relief

  • Exercise

Exercising for back discomfort can be quite difficult, but if you do a little walking and stretching every day, it can gradually relieve your back pain.  Apart from this, other exercises can also help in relieving back pain.

  • Change the way you sit and stand

 If you are suffering from severe lower back discomfort because you sit in front of your laptop or desktop all day, the first thing you need to do is correct your sitting posture, straighten your spine.  Maintain and adopt a sitting posture that puts the least amount of stress on your neck.

  • Hot and cold pad

 A simple  method for pain relief is to try using a cold pad to relieve back discomfort and swelling, and then ski less with a towel soaked in hot water for two days.  Both of these methods can play an important role in pain relief.

  • Eucalyptus oil

 Eucalyptus oil i.e. wormwood oil can be used to relieve back discomfort, for this fill a bucket of warm water and add 2 to 3 drops of wormwood oil and bath in this water, it will not only relieve back pain.  Rather, your nerves and veins will also get relief. Massaging the area with a good oil has been a common remedy for centuries to relieve pain from any part of the body, as it relaxes the muscles and has a warming effect, so olive or mustard oil for back pain.  Massage can relieve back discomfort.

  • Oil massage

Apply oil massage before bath and then wash with warm water, it will make a noticeable difference in back discomfort.
